Positioning a Local Vet as the Top Independent Surgery in the Region

Wildcat created a referral area on the Knutsford Vets website for specialist services such as Ophthalmology and Dermatology where customers could self-refer for a second opinion, or other vets could refer their customers for specialist services.

This  helped to increase patient registrations to the point that Knutsford Vets has recently expanded their surgery to accommodate more patients and increase their service offerings.

Whilst our SEO campaign has seen a tremendous increase in online users and patient registrations, one of Knutsford Vets’ key priorities throughout the campaign was to retain existing clients when shiny, new surgeries were constantly opening up around them.

Our strategy was to engage existing clients with creative social media campaigns, topical and useful blog content, and through the publication of specialist factsheets about Ophthalmology and Dermatology conditions.
