After experiencing tremendous growth since 2021 across the full range of digital services, we’re now looking for a new Senior PPC Specialist to join the agency as one of the ‘more senior members in the department’.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with all Paid Media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta. You’ll also be keen to get involved in the agency’s direction and strategy when it comes to all things PPC.
The Role
- Set up and management of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and other PPC campaigns
- Working with clients to take detailed briefs and gain an understanding of their target market, goals, and unique selling points
- Use the brief to produce a detailed campaign set up and online marketing strategies
- Maintaining, managing, and optimising client campaigns focusing, at all times, on delivering a positive return on investment
- Managing & optimising campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, structural, keywords and ad text optimisation
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service through account management
- Producing reports and analytical data supporting your work
- Working with the business development team to improve the sales process around PPC and pitching to clients
- Liaising with developers, other agencies, and designers as the role dictates
- Ensuring that conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place
- Support the wider PPC team with their ad hoc queries and at times, lead training and difficult client calls for juniors where needed
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years PPC and paid social experience, ideally in an agency environment or to a professional standard
- Experience managing campaigns with a significant total budget
- Comfortable using GA4 and google tag manager
