What We Did

We optimised Plumlife’s website to drive high-quality, localised traffic and genuine enquiries. This included improving service and location pages, creating a pillar-and-cluster blog strategy, enhancing affordability tools, and adding trust-building content such as FAQs and testimonials. We also overhauled conversion tracking to measure real leads and positioned Plumlife as a trusted advisor for first-time buyers across the North West.

We restructured Plumlife’s blog into a clear pillar-and-cluster format, producing content that directly addressed first-time buyer challenges. Guides, FAQs, and affordability resources positioned Plumlife as a trusted advisor, not just a property listing site. Surveyors’ expertise. This ensured that potential clients, particularly those looking for valuations, could easily find the right service while also strengthening organic performance across the site.

Service Page Optimisation

We optimised core service pages and developed location-specific landing pages to target high-intent, hyper-local searches. Each page was designed to convert, with affordability calculators, FAQs, and clear calls-to-action, creating a seamless path from discovery to enquiry.

Creative Positioning

Competing with national portals required creativity, not big budgets. We focused on hyper-local SEO, affordability tools, and buyer-focused content that built trust and credibility, setting Plumlife apart as a reliable source of affordable housing advice.

The campaign delivered well beyond our initial goals.

  • Organic Traffic: New users grew 69% year-on-year (June–August 2025), from 14,659 to 24,700.

  • Search Console Clicks: Increased from 24.6K to 42.6K in just three months.

  • Keyword Visibility:

    • Top 3 rankings rose from 47 → 121

    • Top 10 rankings rose from 131 → 372

    • “Shared Ownership Manchester” moved from position 13 → 1, driving over 3,000 sessions per month

  • Conversions: Genuine enquiries increased month-on-month:

    • June 2025: 208 vs 169 (2024)

    • July 2025: 211 vs 181

    • August 2025: 217 vs 205
