What We Did

We focused on aligning the website with how users actually search for courses online. By improving key commercial pages and targeting high-intent keywords, we aimed to drive more qualified traffic and convert that demand into consistent revenue growth.

Category & Product Page Optimisation

We optimised all category and product pages to better align with high-intent search queries. This included improving on-page SEO elements, refining content structure, and ensuring pages clearly matched user intent, helping both rankings and conversions. strengthening keyword targeting across key pages. We improved heading structure, optimised metadata, strengthened internal linking between related resources, and fixed technical issues such as missing H1 tags and inconsistent header hierarchy. These improvements ensured better crawlability, clearer page structure, and stronger search performance from the foundation up.

Keyword Targeting Based on Search Demand

Rather than targeting broad or low-value terms, we focused on keywords that users are actively searching for when looking to purchase courses. This ensured traffic coming to the site was highly relevant and more likely to convert.

FAQ Implementation

We added relevant FAQs across key pages to improve content depth, answer common user queries, and increase visibility in search features such as rich results and AI-driven search experiences.

The campaign delivered significant and sustained growth, exceeding the original revenue target and establishing a strong organic presence.

Organic item revenue increased by 400% year-on-year, reaching £9,674 by March 2026. Since September 2025, performance has consistently exceeded the £6K monthly target, with several months generating over £10K in revenue.

Search visibility also improved substantially:

  • Total organic keyword rankings doubled to ~400 keywords
  • Achieved Top 10 rankings for high-value terms such as “Prince2 Practitioner course” and “ITIL 4 Foundation”

Beyond traditional search, the site is also performing strongly in emerging search environments. Zindiak is now appearing in AI overviews and LLM-driven results, with even some sales attributed to platforms like ChatGPT.
