About the Campaign

Altitude PR came to Wildcat in September 2022 as a new offshoot of a bigger agency. Their main goals were to rank first for terms such as “Sheffield PR Agency”, and to generate leads/sales. 

Since then, we have achieved these goals and more; they now rank first for a range of relevant keywords, including “Sheffield PR Agency” and “PR Agency Sheffield”.

What We Did

Backlink Strategy

Since 2022, Wildcat has helped to grow Altitude PR’s domain authority from 7 to 20 with the biggest impact here coming from four backlinks gained via our guest posting strategy targeting high-authority blogs.

Content Creations and Optimisations

We created new pages to target relevant keywords and gain more leads. One such page was a page for free PR consultations. We also optimised pages such as “Charity PR”, “Energy PR” and “Education PR”, all of which now rank first.

Site Design Transition

When Altitude PR migrated their website, we assisted SEO queries to ensure a smooth process. We also implemented redirects, internal linking and analysed various issues so that the designer could resolve them before going live. We also improved horizontal linking and CTA optimisations.

Results

From September 2022 to June 2024, we have achieved:

  • 339% increase in ranking keywords
  • 7 highly-relevant number 1 rankings
  • 276.1% increase in organic traffic
  • 308.6% increase in non-branded traffic YoY
  • Average 7 high-value leads per month
  • Gained 4 high-value backlinks from national publications
